A field you keep wishing the report had. A step that takes one tap too many.
A tool
The job nobody has built software for, that your crew still does on paper.
Criticism
Something here that is confusing, wrong, or annoying. Especially useful.
A bug
Something that broke. Tell us what you were doing when it did.
