What these terms cover

This page covers your use of the website at cmmmstudios.com, published by CMMM Studios LLC, Los Angeles, California.

They do not cover:

• the FieldJot Android app, which has its own terms of use and is also subject to Google Play's terms; or
• work we are engaged to do for you, which is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project.

Using this site

You may read, link to, and share this site freely. Please don't:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server behind it;
• interfere with its normal operation, including by automated flooding of our forms;
• use it to distribute malware or unlawful material;
• scrape it in a way that degrades service for other visitors.

Our content

The text, design, code, product names, logos, and imagery on this site belong to CMMM Studios LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to it with attribution. Republishing it wholesale, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.

Forms and messages

When you send us something through a form, please send only what you are comfortable sharing by email. Do not send confidential jobsite documentation, client records, credentials, or anything you are under an obligation to protect.

What happens to a submission is described in the website privacy policy. A submission does not create a contract or a client relationship, and does not oblige us to take on a project.

Product information and pricing

We try to keep product descriptions and prices on this site accurate, but they are for information and may change. Any price shown here for an app is the planned price; the price you actually pay, and the app's availability in your country, are whatever Google Play shows at the time of purchase.

Products described as in development, launching, or in review are not yet generally available, and nothing on this site is a promise that a given feature or product will ship.

Services engagements

Service packages and prices shown on this site are starting points for a conversation, not an offer capable of acceptance. Scope, price, timeline, ownership of deliverables, and everything else are set out in the written agreement for the specific project.

Links to other sites

This site links to third parties such as Google Play and Cloudflare. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

No warranty

This website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
