Websites are our main focus: explain your services, show your work, and make it easy for customers to contact you. Custom websites start at $499. Apps and internal tools are a growing part of the studio; explore the projects below to see where we are today.
Choose one page to introduce your business, a multi-page site for more detail, or an advanced build for a larger site or custom features. Every option includes a separate monthly care plan.
One-time build + monthly care. Care is billed monthly and required for the first 3 months. After that, it continues month to month.

A larger site, or a website that needs to do more.
For work beyond a straightforward 5-page site: a large portfolio, regularly updated content, customer access or a custom workflow. Features and the final price are agreed in your scope.

Technical scope and exclusions
Can include roughly 10+ pages, extensive service/location architecture, a blog/CMS, secure client or admin areas, a database, dashboard, portal, integrations or dynamic content. These are possible scope items, not an all-features bundle at the starting price.
What monthly care covers
Managed hosting, monitoring, backups and recovery, technical maintenance and up to five small content updates each month. Heavier infrastructure may cost more.
The build price and monthly care are separate charges. Care has a 3-month minimum, then continues month to month. Small updates mean text, photo or content changes to existing sections. New pages, redesigns, functionality and integrations are quoted separately. Your domain, logo, supplied photos and content remain yours.

Websites
A new website or a rebuild of the one you have. We organize your services, project photos, and contact details so customers can understand your business and take the next step. The platform and tools are chosen around what you need to manage after launch.
Good fit when
Customers search for something specific before they buy
The site's job is a call, a form, or a visit
You publish occasionally, not daily
You are tired of renting your own website

FieldJot is our Android app for daily jobsite reports. It is part of a growing app portfolio informed by work in the field. If you have an app idea, start with the problem and who will use it; we will discuss feasibility and a manageable first version before proposing a build.
Good fit when
The people using it are in the field, not the office
A connection cannot be assumed
It replaces paper, a camera roll, or a group chat
The output has to leave the app as a normal file

The thing a spreadsheet stopped being able to do. Logins, roles, records, scheduling, state that more than one person changes at the same time. The hard part is almost never the interface — it is deciding who is allowed to see what, and enforcing that on the server rather than by hiding buttons.
Good fit when
Several people need the same information at once
Different roles should see different things
The spreadsheet has started producing wrong answers
Someone is retyping data from one system into another

The process that only works because one person remembers it. These projects start with a conversation about how the work actually flows — which is usually different from how anyone thinks it flows — and they succeed or fail on whether the crew will use the thing at 7am. Small, fast, and shaped around an existing habit beats comprehensive every time.
Good fit when
The process lives in one person's head
Onboarding someone new takes weeks of shadowing
The same information gets entered more than once
Off-the-shelf software almost fits, but not quite

A written scope and fixed price. We agree the pages, features, revisions, and delivery schedule before work starts.
Clear ongoing costs. Domain renewal, hosting, paid tools, and support are discussed as part of your proposal.
A practical recommendation. We discuss whether your project needs a new build, an improvement to what you have, or an existing tool.
Beyond a website
Need something beyond a website?
CMMM Studios also builds custom web applications, internal tools, client portals, dashboards, and software. Those larger projects continue to use custom pricing based on scope.
The one-time price covers design and build. The monthly care fee covers what keeps a live website working afterward — hosting, SSL, backups, uptime and form monitoring, and technical maintenance — so the site doesn't quietly break or go down with no one watching it.
Is care required, and how is it billed?
Yes. Care is billed monthly and required for the first three months. After the third month, it continues month to month. The one-time build fee and monthly care fee are separate.
What's included in each care level?
Essential Care ($39/mo, One Page) covers managed hosting, SSL, deployment, backups and version recovery, and uptime and form monitoring — content updates aren't included. Managed Care ($99/mo, Multi-Page) adds up to two small content-update requests per month and priority support. Advanced Care (from $149/mo) adds technical and dependency/security maintenance and up to five small content updates per month; heavier infrastructure can run higher.
What counts as a small update?
Text, photo, or content changes to sections that already exist on the site. New pages, redesigns, added functionality, and integrations fall outside care and are quoted separately.
Do I need a call?
No. Everything can be handled by email, start to finish. A phone or video meeting is available if you'd find it useful, but it's never required.
How long does a site take?
One Page is an approximately 5-business-day advertised turnaround, and Multi-Page is approximately 7 business days. Advanced projects vary with scope and get a timeline as part of the quote.
What's the difference between Multi-Page and Advanced?
Multi-Page covers up to 5 straightforward custom pages — no admin, CMS, database, or custom application functionality. A project becomes Advanced when it needs more than that: roughly 10+ pages, extensive service or location pages, a blog/CMS, a client or admin area, a database, a dashboard or portal, or custom integrations.
Do I own my domain, logo, photos, and content?
Yes. Your domain, logo, photos, and any content or assets you supply remain yours.
What if I need custom functionality later?
It's quoted separately when you need it — new pages, a redesign, added functionality, and integrations are never assumed into an existing package or care plan.

Not sure which of these it is?
That is a normal place to start, and there is a “not sure” option on the form for exactly this reason. Describe the problem and we will tell you what it actually needs — including if the answer is nothing.
